About MichelleThe designer Michelle's twenty-five year career spans time as a Business Event Planner in Chicago and San Francisco to her experience as a Design Executive in commercial design. Michelle has worked with some of America’s largest high tech companies to develop domestic and international interiors including visitor centers, tradeshow exhibits, mobile exhibits, museums and retail stores. "I loved the excitement and fast pace of commercial design but residential design has always been my passion," says Michelle. "The home is so important to how we feel on a daily basis; it affects our emotions on so many levels." "When you come home your environment should make you feel welcome, your furnishings should reflect your style and you should feel a sense of order and harmony. We all have furniture and collectables that are from different stages of our lives that we just can’t or don’t want to part with.
